Farm Plastic

Since May, 2007, due to the EU Waste Directive, it has become illegal for farmers and growers to dispose of any

farm plastic waste other than through an Environment Agency licensed scheme and disposal site.

Potter Recycling offers a specialist cost-effective disposal service for all fertiliser/seed bags and triple-rinsed agrochemical containers to all farmers and growers at the Welshpool and Llanidloes branches.

We accept farm plastic from all across the Shropshire and Powys borders from the Welshpool, Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Newtown, Llanfair Caereinion, Llanfyllin, Montgomery, Llanymynech, Machynlleth, Llanidloes, Caersws, Carno Knighton, Presteigne, Brecon, Bishops Castle, Telford, Guilsfield and Berriew areas.

Arrangements can also be made for the disposal of all other packaging waste. Some may be suitable for recycling, whereas others need alternative forms of disposal.
